This study aims to establish a prospective registry of pregnant IBD patients and their newborns. The registry will collect clinical data that is measured as part of standard of care of IBD mothers, and their newborns. The data collected by following a pregnancy will help answer questions in research in order to improve the outcomes for pregnant mothers with IBD and their newborns. This study does not interfere with any changes in your medical care with your doctor.

This research study includes measuring inflammatory markers of your disease and completing questionnaires to assess patient quality of life, patient reported outcomes, and patient knowledge of Crohn's/Colitis Pregnancies.
